Reconnect and Create

Program for the day:
  • Reconnection and Mindfulness meditation to centre
  • Explore, and discover the subtle joys of a ‘Sit-spot’ at a beautiful and inspiring location
  • Regroup, journalling (if desired)
  • Create art piece
  • Intention-setting to bring your goals and dreams to life
  • Closing meditation

Pickup:

Your Byron Bay Accomodation. There is a surcharge for other pickups.

What to Bring:
  • A small backpack, water, towel, swimmers and a hat
  • Please wear closed shoes and layers of comfortable clothing.
  • Suggested: journal, hat, sunscreen, and a snack.
  • Something to add to your art piece if you like; a crystal, feather, rock, etc.
