Program for the day:

We begin by finding deep relaxation through connecting with Nature in the moment- an easy resting exercise you can learn and use any time to help you in daily life!
Explore and swim beautiful spots; highly likely spotting dolphins (year-round) and whales (March-October)
Opportunities to create using natural materials, learn nature yoga, and experience joy through deep ecology processes
Mindfulness 5 senses walk to fully experience all your senses and reconnect with the natural world around you
A Mini-Tour of an interesting ecosystem: The Mangroves OR Flying Fox colony
Day-spa: Gorgeous Sauna, steam room, plunge pool, 4 hot tubs, shower facilities

Pickup:

Your Byron Bay Accomodation. There is a surcharge for other pickups.

What to Bring:

A small backpack, water, 2 towels, swimmers and a hat
Please wear closed shoes and layers of comfortable clothing.
Suggested: hat, sunscreen, and a snack.

My favourite part of the day were the views on the walk, both swims and the sunset. It was very chilled, perfect weather, and everyone was lovely. It met my expectations- I give it a 9 out of 10!
